Kenneth Murray began singing as a treble in Dundee Parish Church (St Mary’s) where he still sings, winning the Leng Gold Medal in 1972. He studies with Doris McLaren and also on an ad hoc basis with Stephen Varcoe.
Whilst reading Accountancy and Economics at Dundee University, Ken took a number of principal parts with the Operatic Society and has since made numerous appearances, locally and further afield, both as soloist and choir member. Ken is a member of the Scottish Chamber Orchestra Chorus, Dundee Choral Union and Discovery Bach.
A Chartered Accountant, Ken is a UK Head of Department with an international bank.
